Overview

Light Nights are our monthly Friday night hangout for all primary and intermediate aged kids. Bring your tamariki and some friends for proper good time. We create fun and safe spaces where kids can be kids, make some new mates, and have a great time.

A night of fun and friendship

These nights are all about building community. Your kids will dive into a different themed adventure each month: things like Carnival Night or Neon Mayhem – complete with heaps of games, activities, and plenty of laughter. It’s a real buzz.

We keep things simple and engaging. After all the running around, some food & drinks will also be provided for the kids.

  • For: Kids in Years 1–8 (primary & intermediate)
  • When: Monthly on Fridays during the school term
  • Time: Kicks off at 7:00 PM
  • Where: right here at Glenfield Baptist Church

Joining in is easy

The whole thing is run by a team of fantastic volunteers from our church family – people who genuinely love creating a welcoming place for kids. They’re all safety checked and ready for a fun, chaotic night where we all look out for each other.

There’s no need to sign up or register. When a Light Night is on, you can just rock up. It’s a really chill way for your kids to have a blast and feel part of something special. We’d be stoked to see them there.
