Frequently Asked Questions
What do people wear?
Most people dress very casually, but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable…we’re pretty sure what you wear doesn’t matter to God, so it doesn’t to us either!
What do you have for kids and teens?
Under 3’s @ Auditorium
Infants through to 3 year olds stay with the adults during our service. There is a space dedicated at the back of the auditorum called ‘The Hearth’, a nurturing space for our youngest members to explore faith through play and simple bible stories.
3yrs – Year 1 @ Lounge
Our ‘Bright Sparks’ group are where young hearts are shown the joy of learning about God through engaging activities, setting the foundation for a lifelong relationship with Christ
Years 2 – 5 @ Lower Hall
Our ‘Ignite’ group is where children are ignited with curiosity in their faith, discovering the relevance of it in their everyday lives as they grow in understanding that God is real, good, and loves them.
Year 6 – Year 8 @ Upper Room
Our ‘Ablaze’ group is where preteens discover their faith on fire, fostering a community where they can grow, belong, and make a difference by bringing gospel change wherever they are.
Is the church accessible to people with disabilities?
We have a wheelchair accessible ramp at the main entrance. We can also provide you alternative seats if needed. There is a quiet area in the ‘Upper Room’ for those that are sensitive to too much noise, where you can still tune in to the worship and sermon through the live feed. We are trying our best to be accessible to everyone, so let us know if you need anything or contact us to arrange this prior to you coming to the service so that we can accomodate you 😊
What are your opening hours?
Services are on Sundays at 10am but the church will be open from 8am and leave by 12:30nn as the Korean congregation have their service then. We have office hours from Monday to Friday and this is only available by appointment.
Where can I take communion or receive prayer?
Prayer is offered after every service at the cross in the back of the auditorium or you can send us your prayer request and we will circulate it to the prayer chain (it can be as detailed or as anonymous as you like).
We partake in communion together on the first Sunday of each month.
What do you believe?
